We excel in constructing on various terrains: flat lots, hillsides, flood plains, and sites with challenging neighbors and complex constraints. Our specialty lies in solving seemingly impossible challenges. Continuously pushing boundaries, we leverage innovative tools like BIM and Virtual Reality to create 3D models of our projects, preemptively addressing issues. This approach ensures, more efficient designs, reduced costs, and minimized change orders.

History
Founded in 2011, Domum began as a full-service architecture firm under the name “de Jesus and Alatorre Architects, Inc.,” honoring its two principal architects. After several years of successful growth, we rebranded as Domum in early 2016. This new name reflects our evolution from a firm led solely by the principals to a team-oriented company that values collaboration with consultants and clients alike. Throughout its history, the firm has consistently expanded, designing projects valued at tens of millions of dollars annually.
